LetterOne, an international investment business, is supporting our responses to two urgent humanitarian crises. This vital funding is providing lifesaving assistance and services for children and families affected by the hunger crisis in Ethiopia, Mali, Somalia and South Sudan, along with supporting children and their families in Moldova and Poland who have been displaced by the Ukraine conflict.
With LetterOne’s support, we will reach over 33,000 children and their families facing hunger and malnutrition in Ethiopia, Mali, Somalia and South Sudan – by providing support so they can buy essential supplies, ensuring women and children can access nutritional food, providing protection services and helping communities better prepare for future emergencies.
In Moldova and Poland, we will be reaching over 10,000 displaced children and their families. With a focus on child protection services, emergency education, and cash and voucher assistance, to ensure that children are protected, can continue their education and families can access essential items to support themselves.
