Will the app work on my device?

You can download Plan Connect using your smartphone, iPad or tablet. The app is designed to work on iPhone iOS 10.3 or newer and Android 5.0 or newer. If you have an older phone, please contact us on 

How long will the Plan Connect pilot run for?

The pilot will run from April to Autumn 2018. If anything changes, we’ll let you know via the app.

What happens at the end of the pilot?

The pilot ends in Autumn 2018. At the end of the pilot you will no longer be able to send messages using the app, but you’ll still be able to continue your sponsorship and send letters to your sponsored child.

What will I receive?

Once you’ve signed up to sponsor a child and downloaded Plan Connect, you’ll be able to exchange text, image and video messages with your sponsored child. You'll also get updates about our work in Codó and the impact your support is having.

Will my sponsored child get to keep anything?

If you take a photo of yourselves or take a picture of a drawing using the app, we’ll print it off and give it to your sponsored child. 

How will you treat my data?

We will always treat your information with honesty, care, and transparency. We won’t share your data with anyone else for marketing purposes and you can change how we contact you at any time. Please see our updated privacy notice.
