What our runners say

Jen was inspired to take up running by her mum and decided to run her first ever marathon with Team Plan because of her daughter.

I hated the idea that if my daughter had been born in another country she could have faced inequality. I joined Team Plan because I wanted to raise money to help girls.

Through bake sales, a netball tournament and sponsorship Jen raised an incredible £2,375 to support young people worldwide.

Run with us and transform lives

"I want my future to be better. I don’t want to drop out of school. I want to be an example to other girls in my village."

Manju was just one of thousands of girls whose education was interrupted when earthquakes devastated Nepal, collapsing 35,000 classrooms.

We have built 282 temporary learning centres to allow children like Manju to continue their education. Manju is determined to make the most of this opportunity.
