A Chance to Go Back to School

Saima dropped out of school after her father had an accident and wasn't able to support his family.

When she found out from her friends that they were doing sports and learning about social issues, like early marriage, she wanted to return to school.

Having learnt more about the importance of education through the project, her father decided Saima should go back to school. She dreams of being a teacher.

A Once in a lifetime experience

It was amazing to see children being given opportunities through sport. They get to learn through play and understand what it’s like to have education, healthcare and basic human rights – things that we take for granted.

This is a testament to the hard work being done by Plan International, which is really making a difference.
