Football: Suitable for females

International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the achievement of women across the globe and to mark the day we're celebrating women and girls in sport. Originally, football was deemed unsuitable for females, but women and girls across the globe have been kicking those stereotypes into shape and proving that whatever boys can do, girls can do too. Now finally, women's football is finally getting the recognition and admiration it deserves.

For International Women's Day, we've teamed up with our partner Chelsea Football Club to give aspiring female footballers of all ages the chance to win a signed Chelsea Ladies' shirt and a personalised video message from the squad by submitting a clip showcasing their football skills. The competition closes today, so this is your last chance to enter the competition. To help you get inspired, we've selected six females that dazzled us with their football skills.

We never said it had to be football
